- Ranu Kawatra
Ranu Kawatra is the former President and CEO of Pearson Education- Indian Subcontinent, a part of Pearson, world’s leading learning company. Ranu leapt from a sparkling corporate career that started with Cadbury, and went on to serve as the Regional Business Director, Middle East and Africa at Gillette/P&G. His desire to make education more meaningful for the learner is what led to Maxx English. There is an “Economic & Social benefit” of speaking good English and why should that not be available to all, is the question he always asks. Ranu is an alumnus of SRCC and FMS, Delhi. He is a keen squash player and does pottery in his free time.
- Anil Kaul
Anil holds a PhD and MS from Cornell University and MBA from University of Delhi. He founded AbsolutData in 2001, a leading global Marketing Research and Analytics company with offices in US and India. He continues to be the CEO of this business and a co-founder of Maxx English. Anil has prior experience at McKinsey & Co. and with various innovative technology start ups in Silicon Valley. He has published articles in leading business and academic publications, and has been an Invited speaker at conferences and at leading business schools such as UC Berkeley, Cornell, Columbia, Dartmouth, NYU and Yale.
- Mayur Sharma
A graduate of Nottingham Trent University (UK), and an Outward Bound (Canada) trained outdoor experiential educator. Mayur is a qualified ESL teacher certified by Cambridge University to teach English internationally. Mayur anchors the TV shows ‘Jai Hind’ and the award winning 'Highway On My Plate', along with his friend Rocky. Besides TV, Mayur & Rocky also run MindsEye, a learning company that partners with organizations to design and deliver high-impact experiential training and conference events.
- Suman Srivastava
Suman Srivastava is an alumnus of SRCC, Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad and IMD Lausanne. He was the CEO of Euro RSCG India and Chief Strategy Officer for Euro RSCG Asia Pacific before starting Marketing Unplugged, a marketing innovation firm in 2011. Suman likes to go back to the school whenever he can. He is a regular speaker at IIMs in Ahmedabad & Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad, IITs at Bombay & Kharagpur, MICA and several other management institutes across the country. He is active in the voluntary sector where he works on causes that range from schooling for slum children to child sexual abuse to rural tourism.
